Where is the workspace located?
The workspace is at City Lake Center bloc D, Euro Street, Les Berges du Lac 2 — in the heart of Tunis' business district, close to embassies, banks and corporate headquarters, with direct access from the A1 and on-site and nearby parking.
How much does a desk cost?
A Day pass in the open space is 35 DT per day (8am–5pm). Unlimited monthly access is 500 DT per month, with a weekly pack at 130 DT / 5 days and a quarterly pack at 1,300 DT / 3 months. A full-day private box is 60 DT.
Can I book a meeting or training room?
Yes. Rooms are available hourly, by half-day and full-day: the Oxford Street Room (up to 12) from 70 DT/hour, the VIP/Executive room (up to 10) from 80 DT/hour, and the Multifunction Room (up to 20) from 90 DT/hour. Full private hire for up to 40 is 800 DT per half-day.
Do you have space for larger training groups?
Yes. A second 260 m² large-format floor on the ground level hosts bigger groups for workshops, certifications and team training, trainer-ready with projector, whiteboard and flexible seating. It is available at weekends.
